Bank of Valletta said this morning it will be offering for subscription to the public a maximum nominal €50 million 3.5 per cent Subordinated Notes 2030 as part of the Issuer’s Subordinated Debt Issuance Programme approved by the Listing Authority in October.

The maximum aggregate nominal amount of subordinated notes the issuer may issue will not exceed €150 million.

Subordinated notes under the Offering Programme may be issued in a continuous or repeated manner up to October 15.

An aggregate nominal amount of €75 million of subordinated notes under the Offering Programme was issued by the bank in December via two tranches.
