I refer to the letter by Ms Veronica Kelly (The Sunday Times, November 12) who comes to Malta from the UK as a tourist and hopes to move permanently. Why not?
Has she ever been to a nightclub, social club, or bars to listen to the music in the UK? Can she state at what time music and entertainment is stopped in the UK?
I am surprised that her relatives stopped visiting the island because of lack of entertainment here in Bugibba after 11 p.m. Does she mean that bars and restaurants in residential areas are to play loud music after 11 p.m. as some of them do?
