I most certainly wish Mr M. Spiteri better luck than me when criticising the extremely poorly patched length of the Coast Road (route number one) in the vicinity of the Ghallis Rocks.

I have twice highlighted this area writing as a columnist for The Sunday Times Motoring Magazine.

In his time Minister Censu Galea ensured that contractors did a correct and proper job of patching.

It is however alleged that employees from another ministry, not the Ministry of Transport, or any of their regular contractors, were entrusted with this work, and the results are there for all to see.
