On the initiative of the Embassy of Malta in Vienna, a business forum in Austria is being organised today in conjunction with Malta Enterprise and the Austrian Chamber of Commerce.

Eighty participants, including some 20 Maltese companies, are expected to attend. The chairman of Malta Enterprise, the president of the Malta Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a representative of Finance Malta and the director general and the president of GRTU, will travel to Vienna to participate in the Forum. The Maltese companies come from sectors which include financial services, pharmaceuticals, insurance, ICT and renewable energy.

A high number of one-to-one meetings have also been organised between Maltese and Austrian businesses as part of the programme.
