The Malta Business Angels Network (MBAN) will be hosting the EBAN summer university on May 6-8, the first time Malta will be hosting such an event.

The event will take the form of a workshop centred on critical issues for Business Angel Network (BAN) managers throughout Europe.

The summer university will provide participants with high-level updates on informal venture capital industry, as well as the new trends in Europe. It will comprise two days of working seminars with the third day set aside for business networking.

About 60 European delegates will be attending. Participants include existing and potential BAN managers, experts in the field of business financing, and key stakeholders in SME or regional development agencies.

MBAN is a national Business Angel Network promoting the informal equity investment market, matching existing and aspiring entrepreneurs with business knowledge and investment funding.
