The activity was organised to coincide with the visit of a business delegation that was participating at the SIAL Exhibition (International Salon of the Food Industry) in the French capital.

The Maltese delegation consisted of representatives from Borg & Aquilina Ltd, Chef Choice Ltd, Consolidated Biscuits Co. Ltd, Discus Products Co. Ltd, Foster Clark Products Ltd, HH Ltd, Madalien Ltd, Magro Brothers (Foods) Ltd, Tea Breaks Ltd and Vernon's Food Mfg. & Trading Ltd.
