Calling a former friend

I am trying to get in touch with a Maltese couple who were on holiday (honeymoon?) in 1973 or '74 in Austria. They met a Dutch couple and got befriended. I am the sister who paid them a visit several years later. The couple were called Marcia (Marcie)...

I am trying to get in touch with a Maltese couple who were on holiday (honeymoon?) in 1973 or '74 in Austria. They met a Dutch couple and got befriended.

I am the sister who paid them a visit several years later. The couple were called Marcia (Marcie) and Joe. One of their children is probably called Andrew.

I think Joe was a civil servant or maybe worked in a bank.

Please contact me; my son, who will be staying in Malta in July (language school and guest family) would also like to pay a visit to Marcia and Joe.
