A cameraman filled his own death when covering a protest by Muslim Brotherhood supporters who were fired upon by Egypt's army. He was shot in Cairo on July 8.
Ahmed came from a divided family. He was the only supporter of ousted Egyptian President Mohamed Mursi in a household raised to despise Mursi's Muslim Brotherhood.
His father was upset when he began working for the Brotherhood.
During the escalating street protests against Mursi's rule the family went their separate ways.
His older brother Eslam, who picked up the body at the morgue on Monday, is a captain with the police, and says his brother was killed in cold blood.
''I think that his only crime, that he is recording a video for the massacre - what happened in Nasr city, only, only his crime. He has no gun no pistol, no anything in his hand, except the camera.''
Ahmed was 26 years old when he filmed his own death. His family wants justice
