The Graffiti Movement yesterday took its campaign in favour of the Palestinian people to City Gate, where it enacted a "check point" under one of the arches to highlight the plight of Palestinian people hemmed in by the new 'security wall' being built by the Israeli military.

A spokesman for the movement said the campaign was aimed at raising public awareness of the humiliation suffered daily by the Palestinian people. Literature about the Palestinian conflict and the history of the region was distributed to passers-by.
