Can't get through

It seems that, despite our best efforts to communicate with the government and all its sub-organisations, complaints and letters are falling on deaf ears. I am sick and tired of being poisoned by the public transport "wrecks-on-wheels" when walking to my office in the morning and back to my car in the afternoon. This after the enormous price hike in kerosene to supposedly lessen the harmful fumes pumped out of the pre-historic engines.

Perhaps writing complaints instead of numbers on voting ballots come Election Day will do the trick.
