Captured entering, but not leaving Valletta

I received yet another CVA bill which contains mistakes. Some months ago I was billed for being in Valletta for two days. Now I received one for being in Valletta for three days.

Firstly, for the past six months I only entered Valletta for quick errands, some of which lasted only minutes, and, secondly, the amount being asked for is over the allowed maximum. I am sure that what happened was that the camera photographed me entering, but not exiting, so when I exited the following time, I was charged for the time in between both entries. It's not fair that when cameras fail to properly photograph me entering or exiting, I am billed just the same.

I would like to publicly ask the CVA people why I am being charged for their camera's incompetence. I contested both bills but still have no reply. I urge others to be very careful before paying their bills; check them thoroughly because there might be hidden charges.
