Following my letter to The Times (Lacking Customer Care In Travel Industry, January 29) "my wife and I had a very cordial meeting with Noel Farrugia, CEO of Britannia Tours, on February 2. During this meeting our complaints were discussed and resolved.
Mr Farrugia proved that, after all, "customer care" does exist.
