Careers Convention on University campus

The Careers Convention is a yearly event organised by the University Students Council (KSU), which this year has teamed up with AIESEC Malta, representing Economics and Management students.

The aim of the convention is to help students, especially undergraduates, to come into contact with the working world by presenting students with the various career opportunities available in the field of their respective studies:

University students will have the opportunity to learn about job opportunities, possible careers, both on a local level as well on an international level.

Sixth form and secondary school students may well be influenced to decide what line they may want to pursue on entrance into university.

The Careers Convention will take the form of a fair, as well as a stream of debates and talks on particular careers; held with the participation of the various student organisations, concerning their respective areas of studies.

It will be held on the University Campus in the Atriju Vassalli Area (Quadrangle) between tomorrow and Thursday from 9 a.m. onwards. Thus the fair will take place a few days before graduation, which starts on November 19.
