Carmel Cacopardo believes hunting is not a right and in removing spring hunting one would be protecting birds, taking positive action and safeguarding biodiversity.

He said all MEPS can influence through the group they form part of and, more effectively, through parliamentary committees.

Although the Greens are a small group, they form part of many coalitions and their votes determined whether certain issues are approved or not.

Mr Cacopardo says the electorate should vote for him because he has always been consistent and honest and can give a service to all, irrespective of their political beliefs.
