Cartoon exhibition

The cartoon exhibition which opened earlier this month will remain open till the end of this month from Monday to Friday, between 9 a.m. and noon.

The exhibition depicts monthly events of Malta's (and at times overseas) current events from the perspective of local cartoonists. The intention is that the exhibition shows a facsimile of the best satirical visuals published by all press cartoonists during this past year, together with a representative original work by each cartoonist.

This exhibition emphasises the role of Maltese politics and society as a visual, cultural event - looking at reality from the point of view of the satirical artist.
