The "best in show" award in the Malta Canine Society competition was won by Lino Micallef's Pointer, Sh.Ch. Peakdale Horizon.

Adrian Hili's Basset Hound, Ch. Richsomes Amazing Grace At Danadri, was named reserve best in show.

Sheila Saddler, an international expert, judged 210 dogs representing 44 breeds in the society's Spring Championship Show held at the Cottonera Sports Complex. The next championship show will be May 28 and 29 at the same venue.
