Three St Paul's Bay men were yesterday charged with being in possession of tools suitable for break-ins while in Gozo on Sunday.

The charge says they had been convicted of theft.

George Degiorgio, 40, Francis Formosa, 32, and Jean Claude Cassar, 28, were arraigned before Magistrate Paul Coppini by Inspector Maurice Curmi.

They pleaded not guilty and were granted bail against a personal guarantee of Lm500 each and bound not to go to Gozo except for court sittings.
