A Paola man was yesterday charged with regularly stealing several items from a Marsa factory including water taps, mousetraps and table legs.

Richard Bugeja, 45, pleaded not guilty to stealing more than Lm1,000 worth of items from Continental Postform Limited and handling stolen property on and before June 3, 1999.

Police Inspector Jeffrey Cilia prosecuted. Dr Jason Azzopardi appeared for Bugeja.
