A 25-year-old man was arraigned on charges of wilful damage to third party property.

Nazzareno (Rennie) Borg, of Siggiewi, was charged by Police Inspectors Mario Bonello and Carlo Ellul with having, at Hamrun, last Sunday afternoon, voluntarily damaged a car.

He was also charged with threatening Andrew Sultana and Paul Josef Vassallo with a truncheon and with disturbing the public peace.

Borg was further charged with inciting a group of 10 or more persons to commit a crime and with having participated actively in a group of more than 10 persons to commit a crime.
