A lawyer is due to appear in court after police yesterday filed fraud, forgery and misappropriation charges against him.

The lawyer will be asked to answer to three separate fraud charges for £380,000, Lm100,000 and Lm50,000 to the detriment of three separate people or entities.

The court has also ordered an investigation on money laundering against a number of entities, companies and a number of people including the lawyer, his wife and his former partner at their now dissolved law firm.
