KRS Film Distributors and the cinema exhibitors are holding the first Children's Cinema Day for this year at all cinemas in Malta and Gozo on March 15.

Sixteen specially selected films for children will be screened on the day, with the first showing at most cinemas commencing at 9 a.m. and the last performance at 7 p.m.

The prices of admission including VAT will be 85 cents for children under 13 years of age and Lm1.50 for accompanying adults.

Apart from other activities being organised by the exhibitors in connection with the Children's Cinema Day KRS will be distributing thousands of film mini posters at each of the cinemas.

The following are some of the films showing on Children's Cinema Day: Harry Potter And The Chamber Of Secrets, The Lord Of The Rings The Two Towers, Lilo & Stitch, The Master Of Disguise, The Wild Thornberrys Movie, Mr Deeds, Clockstoppers, I-Spy, Daredevil, Die Another Day, Like Mike, The Tuxedo and Treasure Planet.
