Children's pilgrimage to Lourdes

The Maltese Society for the Transport of the Sick to Lourdes, which forms part of UNITALSI every year organises activities for the sick, including an annual pilgrimage to Lourdes.

This year a special pilgrimage is being organised to Lourdes for children from all over the world to celebrate the centenary of UNITALSI. Children up to 14 years old may apply.

Helpers will accompany the children on the pilgrimage, which leaves Malta directly for Lourdes on June 22, returning on June 27.

The annual national pilgrimage for the sick leaves Malta on July 27, returning on August 7. The pilgrimage will visit also Rome, where the pilgrims will attend an audience with the Pope.
