Choral music at St Catherine's church

The New Choral Singers will be presenting a concert of choral music at the St Catherine of Italy church, in Valletta, on April 15 at 11 a.m.

The concert, entitled Exultate, will consists of a collection of select musical items narrating the liturgical events of the passion, death and resurrection of Christ. The concert will have six main sections entitled His Words, Agony Of Death, Veneration Of The Body, He Is Alive, The Ascension and Gift Of The Holy Spirit.

This performance is part of the Meditation - Festival Of The Sacred Arts that is made up of a number of Easter-related events being held at both St James Cavalier and at the church of St Catherine of Italy, in Valletta.
