The ceremony was led by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Tourism, Ian Borg, together with Carlo Micallef, CEO of the Malta Tourism Authority.

It was made possible through the support of the Ministry for Tourism and the Malta Tourism Authority, who continue to invest in improving the area and strengthening the tourism product throughout the year.
