Two men have been cleared of assaulting members of the Graffitti movement during a demonstration outside the President's palace in May.

Alphonse Cauchi, 57, of Sta Venera and his son Randolph, 25, of Attard were cleared of insulting, threatening and assaulting Graffitti members at Palace Square, Valletta, on May 24.

Magistrate Dennis Montebello, who noted that the incident was a minor one, found Randolph Cauchi guilty of breaching the peace and reprimanded him.
