The Campaign for National Independence (CNI) is organising a wreath-laying ceremony at the Freedom Monument in Vittoriosa today at 10 a.m. on the occasion of the 24th anniversary of Freedom Day tomorrow.

CNI said it sees this year as a crucial one as Malta needs to affirm the oath taken on March 31, 1979 when the Maltese people vowed to remain sovereign, free and neutral from all foreign powers.
