Flooding in a section of the Coast Road was due to damage to culverts at T'Alla u Ommu Hill which meant that more water was flowing down to the Coast Road, Transport Minister Joe Mizzi said in reply to a parliamentary question today.

He was replying to a parliamentary question by Robert Cutajar (PN).
