The annual collective art exhibition organised by the Eden Foundation in Gozo is now open at 104, Republic Street, Victoria from 10 a.m. to 6.45 p.m. Mondays to Thursdays, and from 10 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. on Fridays (apart from Good Friday afternoon), Saturdays and Sundays. It remains open until April 18. Admission is free but donations to the Eden Foundation are welcome.

Many well-established and aspiring artists living in Malta and Gozo will exhibit over 200 new works of art, in various media, for sale. A wide selection of antique and rustic furniture will also be available. A share of all the proceeds goes to the Eden Foundation to help children and adults with developmental disabilities. At the seventh annual exhibition last year, over 90 paintings and sculptures, and more than 90 pieces of furniture were sold.

The Eden Foundation is a private, non-profit organisation, founded in 1992. It opened its doors in Malta in 1993 with 23 children and now caters for nearly 400 individuals ranging from birth to adulthood.

The branch of the foundation in Gozo opened in 1994 and now provides services to more than 25 children and young people. In common with the parent organisation in Malta, a multidisciplinary team monitors and assesses each student and draws up an individual programme tailored to the student's, and their parents', needs.
