Chief Justice Vincent Degaetano and Mr Justice Philip Sciberras are in The Hague to attend the 19th Colloquium of the Association of the Councils of State and Supreme Administrative Jurisdictions of the European Union.

This year's colloquium, which is being held at the Peace Palace, is centred on the theme of "The Quality of European Legislation and its Implementation and Application in the National Legal Order".

During the absence of the Chief Justice, Mr Justice Joseph Filletti will be Acting Chief Justice.
