At 9 a.m. Bishop Nikol Cauchi will concelebrated Mass with the parish clergy. He will also deliver the panegyric.
Ghasri parish priest Canon Edward Xuereb will lead a concelebrated Mass with vespers at 6 p.m.
The Leone Band will play marches at 6.15. The procession, accompanied by the St Mary Band, leaves the church at 7.15 and ends with a Eucharistic blessing at 10.
¤ On the occasion of the feast of Mary, Queen of Heaven, tomorrow, at 7.15 p.m. archpriest Joseph Vella Gauci will celebrate Mass at the Cathedral and give an evaluation of the feast of Santa Marija. The Chorus Ecclesiae Cathedralis will take part.
At 8, the statue of Our Lady will be put back into its niche while the Leone Band will play marches. A barbecue for supporters is being held on the cathedral square at 8.30 p.m.

¤ Festivites in honour of Our Lady of Loreto, whose feast is being celebrated in Ghajnsielem on Sunday, start this week.
Fr Anton Schembri, director of the Emigrants Commission for Gozo, will celebrate Mass at the parish church for emigrants from Ghajnsielem who are visiting Gozo. They will be later entertained to drinks.
The St Joseph Band, together with the Giuseppe Verdi Band of Tolfa, a small town in the province of Rome, will play marches from Garden Street to the Sanctuary Square, tomorrow at 9 p.m.
The St Joseph Band, directed by Mro Sunny Galea will perform on the main square on Tuesday at 9 p.m.
A twinning agreement between Ghajnsielem and Tolfa will be signed by the respective mayors, Francis Cauchi and Dr Alessandro.

On Saturday at 6.30 p.m., Mgr Lorenzo Xerri will lead the translation of the relic of Our Lady from the old church to the new church, where he will lead a Eucharistic celebration. The archpriest, Canon Joseph Zerafa, will lead a concelebrated Mass, followed by the Te Deum, at 8.30 p.m.
At 9 p.m. the Mnarja Band will play marches from Garden Street to the square, where it will perform on a band stand.
At 9.30, the St Joseph Band, accompanied the La Stella Band, will play marches from Hamri Street to Sanctuary Square where there will be a ground fireworks display.
¤ The Delicata Classic Wine Festival is being held, in collaboration with Nadur council, at Nadur Panoramic Gardens in Fatima Street, on Saturday and Sunday from 7 p.m. onwards. Entrance is free; however those wishing to sample the many wines on offer need to purchase an official festival glass, which they can keep. The festival includes live entertainment.
