An exhibition entitled "Explosions of Colour", by artist Joe Camilleri is open at the Banca Giuratale, Victoria, till Friday, November 7.
A blood donating session is being organised by the Victoria Scout Group at the Gozo General Hospital on Tuesday from 8.30 to 11.30 a.m. Those wishing to donate blood are to contact the Scouts on 2155-6497, 2155-5844 or 9984-9757.
A cultural outing for the elderly is being organised by Qala council on Wednesday. The choir of St Mary's Church, Bury St Edmunds, England, will be joining Gozo Anglicans at their Eucharist in the chapel of the Sacred Heart Seminary, Enrico Mizzi Street, Victoria, on Wednesday at 11 a.m. The choir will also perform Elgar's Ave Verum during the distribution. A theology course for laymen is starting at the Seminary, Victoria, on Wednesday at 5 p.m. The course will be covering the Eucharist, Christ's presence in church and the Church's views on the rights of workers.

Family Week, with the theme "Enhancing our families with Christian values" is being celebrated at the Jesus of Nazareth parish in Xaghra from November 3 to 7. The speakers will be Rev. Dr Joe Zammit, a judge of the Church marriage tribunal, Rev. Dr Paul Galea, psychologist and University lecturer, Fr William Axiaq, OFM, Joyce Callus, counsellor, and Rev. Dr Michael Galea, psychologist and University lecturer. Child care will be available.
