¤ Immanuel, a concert of Yuletide music, is being organised by the Chorus Urbanus in collaboration with the parish priest and clergy of Fontana, at the parish church of the Sacred Heart, today at 6.30 p.m. The Chorus Urbanus, together with its Junior Section and soloists will take part. The concert, under the patronage of President Guido de Marco, will be followed by the inauguration of the Christmas Tree, for the first time on the church's parvis.

¤ L-Ghana Malti fil-Milied, a literary feature by Joe M. Attard, produced by Toni Mizzi, is being staged at the hall of the Gozo Ministry, St Francis Square, Victoria, today at 6.30 p.m. The orchestra and choir, led by Mro Joseph Grech, and several readers will take part. Free entrance.

¤ An outing for the elderly is being organised by the Cathedral parish on Tuesday, as well as a Christmas dinner at San Andrea Hotel, Xlendi, at noon.
