¤ Nadur celebrates the feast of the martyr San Koronatu today with a concelebrated Mass led by Archpriest Mgr Salv Muscat at 8.30 a.m. There will be Mass at the Mnarja Band Club at 9.30 a.m. after which the band plays marches in the streets.
Mgr Muscat leads solemn vespers at 4 p.m. The procession, accompanied by the Mnarja Band, will be held afterwards.
¤ Preca Library is holding a fair at the Sacred Heart Seminary hall in Victoria today from 8.30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 4 to 8 p.m. There will be books and religious items for all ages for sale.
¤ Remembrance Sunday will be marked today with a ceremony on Independence Square, Victoria, at 10.15 a.m. The restored Christ the King monument will also be inaugurated. The Schola Cantorum Jubilate will participate.
¤ Don Bosco Oratory in Victoria shows Star Wars Episode III: The Revenge of the Sixth today at 5.30 p.m.
¤ The Gozo Gaulitanus Choir, in collaboration with Victoria council, is holding a musico-literary evening, "For the Fallen", to mark the 60th anniversary of the end of World War II at St Augustine Church, Victoria, today, at 7 p.m. The choir will also launch its new CD Maria - A Celebration of Marian Hymns. Entrance is free.
¤ As part of the activities to mark Local Council Day in Nadur, there will be cultural outings for pupils of Grade 4, 5 and 6 on Thursday at 10 a.m.
An exhibition by Hermine Sammut, Sam Portelli and Tanja Van Poucke at Kenuna Tower opens on Friday at 6.30 p.m. It will be open until November 27 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
A public discussion on the local council's three-year plan will be held at Nadur Primary School on Friday at 7.30 p.m.
Archpriest Mgr Salvu Muscat leads a concelebrated thanksgiving Mass at Nadur parish church on Saturday at 6.30 p.m. The MUSEUM girls and boys choirs will participate.

¤ The Leone Band Club's annual concert this year marks the 55th anniversary of the proclamation of the dogma of the Assumption. It will be held at the Aurora Theatre, Victoria, on Saturday at 8 p.m. The band will be conducted by Mro Colin Attard; Fabienne Grech comperes the evening, sponsored by Roche and A.M. Mangion.
