Bishop Nikol Cauchi will lead pontifical Mass at 9 a.m. Solemn vespers will be led by seminary rector Fr Anton Teuma at 4 p.m., followed by a procession with the statue of St Gregory, accompanied by the St Gregory Band conducted by Mro Marco Gauci.
¤ An Easter bazaar in aid of Xaghra basilica is being held at the shop near the church from today to Sunday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Figolli, Easter eggs, drinks, soft toys and other items will be on sale.

¤ The Ghajnsielem Drama Group is staging Il-Qawmien, a Passion play by JoAnne Debrincat, tomorrow and on Tuesday at 7.30 p.m. at Ghajnsielem parish church. This is the group's 18th production and over 50 actors will be taking part.
¤ A meeting for Gozitan men is being organised on the occasion of the feast of St Joseph on Wednesday at 6 p.m., at Ta' Pinu Sanctuary, followed by a penitential service led by Bishop Nikol Cauchi.
¤ Bishop Cauchi will celebrate Mass at 5.30 p.m. on Friday, feast of Our Lady of Sorrows, on the parvis of St James church, Independence Square, Victoria. The Vicar General, Mgr Giovanni B. Gauci, will then lead a penitential pilgrimage through the main streets of the town.
