The government will this year start offering training at secondary school level leading to a European Computer Driving Licence, which would mean an individual is conversant with computers.

The programme was launched by Education Minister Louis Galea and Justice and Local Government Minister Austin Gatt at Vincenzo Borg (Brared) secondary school at Ta' Paris, Birkirkara.
