Beangrowers will be rounding off their successful year with a concert at The Alley, in Paceville on Wednesday.
It has been an eventful year for the band, which has made giant steps towards broadening audiences on an international scale.
They started this year with their first ever appearance in London and in March they crossed the Atlantic to play at the prestigious SXSW festival and the legendary Sin-e club in New York, whose resident artists included the late Jeff Buckley.
For the EU enlargement celebrations, the Beangrowers represented Malta in Berlin and Budapest. Meanwhile, their video This Year's Love was selected for the IMVF festival and was doing the rounds in North America.
In October, the Beangrowers released their third album Dance Dance Baby in Malta and Austria, where they played an eight-date tour to promote the release.
Dance Dance Baby will be released in Germany and Switzerland next year and the single You Are You Are will get a UK release, hopefully doing well enough to secure an album release.
