On entering the airport terminal one finds signs indicating that the place is a no smoking building.

The fact that these signs quote the relative legal notice number gives one to understand that the smoking ban is not just a question of airport policy but a legal requirement.

However, at cafeterias and the viewing gallery inside the terminal there are signs indicating areas designated as smoking areas. Such signage is conflicting.

If the terminal is a no smoking building then it is no smoking everywhere and for everyone.
