Consultancy services for property developers

Frank Salt (Real Estate) Limited recently introduced a new consultancy service for property developers. The company has over the years assisted hundreds of property developers from the planning stages right up to the sales of the units within the development. Unfortunately, precious time and money is lost by the developers because of bad planning and wrong marketing.

The need for such a service has been felt for quite some time, particularly when it comes to developments which are targeted at the foreign market.

The service offered covers consultancy from the initial stages of the development in co-ordination with the developer's architects, designers and marketing agents, valuations and pricing of the individual units, as well as management of the whole project.
