This Feature in the FOI The Sunday Times column lists all the areas and issues on which the Malta Federation of Industry was asked to forward its feedback during the weeks.

As the respective consultation processes often have deadlines for the submission of feedback, any FOI member wishing to have more information or wishing to incorporate the company's comments in the FOI position on these issues, is to contact the FOI Secretariat as soon as possible on tel: 2122-2074 or 2123-4428.

Issues received during the past weeks for consultation:

¤ Community strategy concerning mercury;

¤ Proposed directive on establishing an Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the Community - INSPIRE;

¤ The revised proposal for a Consumer Credit Directive.
