This means that business success depends to a significant extent on the manner a company develops its human resources, how it matches its technology with its employees and the ability of its employees to build profitable relationships with suppliers and customers.

This practical three and a half hour workshop on September 2 helps participants understand the role that a reward strategy plays as part of a company's human resources strategy and find out how a reward strategy can be aligned to business strategy and performance.

The programme will combine input sessions, individual exercises, case studies and feedback.
