Customer care in action
Quality service and customer care appear to be where many companies are focusing their training. The external customer has always been of major importance to any organisation.
However, there has been a shift in thinking, whereby managers are looking at the importance of responding effectively to the internal customer as well.
Today's consumer is looking for the special attention that is given by true customer care professionals.
Misco's successful programme entitled "Customer Care in Action", has been run for various companies in-house as well as an open programme, since it was adapted to a Maltese service situation at the beginning of 1989.
It is a practical programme where delegates learn the necessary "people" skills they need to create the right impression and show customers that they really matter.
Participants will also learn how to communicate an attitude of "quality service" and "customer care".
This programme was designed for all front line staff like receptionists, sales people, bank employees, estate agents, secretaries and insurance personnel and will be held at the Misco Training Centre in Valletta on April 22, 23 and 24 April from 9 a.m. to noon.
