The first Hall of the Civil Court has again decided that forced arbitration did not observe one's right to a fair hearing, PL spokesman Jose Herrera said.

In a statement, Dr Herrera said through its decision, the court was opening the doors for many hundreds of people who lost their case in arbitration to contest the validity of the decisions which had been taken in front of the courts.

A similar judgement, he said, had already been given by the courts in September.

Dr Herrera said that as had happened in the case on legal assistance, this not only created a state of uncertainty but general confusion in the justice sector and political accountability had to be assumed.
