A magistrate has ruled there were enough reasons for the indictment of a San Gwann man charged with the misappropriation of over Lm10,000. Magistrate Antonio Mizzi has ruled for the indictment of Andre Bernard Farrugia, 41, who is pleading not guilty to misappropriating the money to the detriment of AX Holdings Group and Holiday Resort Limited between January 2000 and December 2002.
