The approaching scholastic year marks an exceptional start for Masquerade School for the Performing Arts. The school celebrates its 15th anniversary and opens its brand new premises – M Space – in Msida. The building incorporates specially designed studios and an intimate theatre to encourage creative learning in a unique environment.
Commenting on the school’s achievements and new investment, Anthony Bezzina said that, “Throughout the past 15 years, we have been committed to excellence in performing arts education and the new school is a decisive step in Masquerade’s development. Our priority remains that of enabling students to discover creativity and to belong to a supportive community.”
Masquerade offers students of all ages the chance to explore drama, singing and dance. The school provides a diverse and stimulating learning programme developed with a view to establishing performance skills while nurturing creativity and developing life skills. Specialised classes in musical theatre, ballet, jazz and hip hop by highly qualified and experienced tutors are also included in the school’s curriculum.
Through Masquerade’s affiliation with Trinity College London, students have access to a curriculum and accreditation that is recognised in over 50 countries worldwide including Malta.
