Information on more than 86 million companies worldwide is now available through a partnership agreement announced last month between Creditinfo Malta and D&B.
Dun & Bradstreet International have appointed Creditinfo Malta their sole local correspondent, which will in turn supply information to D&B on Maltese businesses.
According to Karl Xuereb, managing director of Creditinfo Malta, the local subsidiary of the Creditinfo Group of Iceland, has negative payment records of 14,000 defaulters amounting to over Lm100 million.
The local database has been assembled over the past five years and now is sourced not just from court records but also its local customers.
Nalia Dimitrov, director Third Party Business for Europe, Middle East and Africa at D&B, outlined the company's risk management, sales and marketing, supply management and e-business services. D&B has 160 years of experience in the supply of business information.
