I write this letter to show my appreciation for the excellent customer care I got recently from Maltacom when I applied for the installation of a second telephone line.
Someone from the department phoned to inform that the following day I would have my new telephone installed some time in the morning. However, on the appointed day, some time towards 11 a.m., I received a phone call informing me that because of other works that took longer than expected, they would not come in the morning but in the afternoon.
To be honest I was most pleasantly surprised, and hence I am writing to thank the technician involved, TCC 4088 Raymond Stellini, for having the decency to inform me about the delay.
That is indeed good customer care and I do hope that all employees delivering a service would follow suit.
