I refer to recent letters of complaints about Go customer care and I feel have to agree with them.

I have written to Go customer care about the new system they introduced when calling them. If you are lucky someone will answer the phone and then starts asking you loads of question. It does not matter that one insists to speak to the internet support staff, after a long time and when they are through with their questions they ask you to hold on and they will pass you to somebody else, who, in turn, starts asking you the same questions all over again.

When I once refused to give my details to the telephone operator and insisted that I be connected to customer support I was passed to a "Supervisor" who was downright rude.

Fancy names and logos do not make a good company. People do. If this is the way Go will be treating their customers, bring back Maltanet anytime.
