MaltaNET will be participating in Customer Service Week, which is celebrated by thousands of customer service call centres around the world, between October 7-11.

All employees and the management, will be involved by assisting the front office and customer care agents during the week.

The staff will decorate offices with balloons and posters to create a festive atmosphere. Appreciation certificates will be presented to employees participating in the event.

Subscribers will also have the chance to participate in a competition through which they may double their subscription if they renew or subscribe during that week.
