Expressions of praise and thanks are the least I can heap on the staff of the Neurosurgical Unit (NSU) at St Luke's Hospital. The five days I spent at this unit last month were an experience with people wholly dedicated to their work and to the patients.

Without any doubt, I feel I would be expressing the feelings and thanks of the fellow patients when saying thank you to all the NSU staff - consultants, medical people, nurses and all the other people working in this unit. I would not be showering any extra praises when I say that these people ought to be honoured for their dedication to their vocation and the patients. The running of this unit with all the love and humanity leaves nothing to be desired.
