A 22-year-old man was yesterday charged with defiling a 15-year-old girl.

Richard Attard, of Birkirkara, was also charged with offending public morals on and before Sunday, handling stolen property and trespassing on Monday.

Attard pleaded not guilty to all the charges and was remanded in custody.

Police Inspectors Raymond Aquilina, Victor Aquilina and Kevin Farrugia prosecuted.
